Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Marina Bar & Grill in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking orders from customers and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mixing and preparing cocktails and other beverages to order.
  • Managing the bar inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
