Transportation Specialist – Per Diem

Salary Range: $25.00 per hour

Job Status: Per-Diem (Non-Exempt)

Join our dedicated team as a Transportation Specialist, tasked with the secure and timely delivery of our Mobile Healthcare Program vehicle to various locations, facilitating access to vital healthcare services. Collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will address the needs of the whole person, ensuring your workdays are dynamic, diverse, and rewarding. There are opportunities for professional advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the vehicle to multiple sites along the seacoast
  • Regularly procure fuel and necessary supplies
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle
  • Stay informed about weather conditions
  • Operate the vehicle in a safe manner
  • Meet the physical requirements for driving

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Valid Driver's License is essential
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience is necessary
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven ability to safely operate a large vehicle
  • Demonstrated safe driving record
