Key Responsibilities- Operate hoses within Autoclaves, adhering to equipment specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Execute tasks in line with the First-in, First-Out (FIFO) process for Preform Hoses.
- Ensure Autoclave operations align with daily and weekly production schedules, promptly notifying supervision of any significant deviations.
- Conduct periodic process measurements as outlined in SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor Autoclave settings to guarantee compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Label all materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods accurately throughout the process.
- Complete all necessary production and quality documentation, ensuring timely and accurate SAP transactions.
- Communicate any safety, quality, or production issues to the Shift Supervisor.
- Engage in auditing processes as required and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a tidy workspace, emphasizing cleanliness and organization.
- Implement 5S principles to ensure an orderly work environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary.
- Technical Skills: Basic data entry skills and fundamental math abilities are essential.
- Other Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions and SOPs is required. Good communication skills in English are essential.
- Legal Requirements: Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
- Relocation: Relocation benefits are not applicable for this role.
