BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care to patients in their homes, in accordance with individual care plans.
- Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
- One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Strong assessment skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a calm and reassuring presence.
- Flexible scheduling for work/life balance.
- 1:1 hands-on training and virtual learning opportunities.
- 24/7 clinical support as part of a larger care team.
