About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a key member of our childcare center, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them grow into confident and curious individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care and Support: Provide high-quality care and support to children in your classroom, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of your students, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and colleagues, working together to ensure a seamless and supportive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for working with young children.
