As a Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the Beverage Department, enhancing the overall Guest experience.

  • Adhere to all Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
  • Commit to responsible gaming and alcohol service by reporting any concerns to management.
  • Notify management of any illegal activities or ethical violations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management or a related field is preferred.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or lounge setting is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • TIPS certification is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary for the role.
  • Ability to analyze Food & Beverage data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Work Environment:

This position may involve exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and elevated noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands for various tasks. Vision requirements include the ability to see at various distances and adjust focus as needed.

Note:

The Tribal Council prioritizes employment for Native Americans. Preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe and other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet job qualifications.

Final candidates will undergo a background check as part of the employment process, which may include credit, criminal, and drug screening.
