- Institutional and Community Service: Participate in college-wide initiatives and activities, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that support the mission and goals of HCC.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as dental hygiene or education.
- Experience: Three years of experience in chair-side dental assisting, with a strong background in teaching and mentoring.
- Certifications: DANB certification as a Dental Assistant, and a Registered Dental Assistant in Texas.
