- Education and Experience

- Two (2) plus years of contact center experience, including CT & MR scheduling.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type fluently while speaking with callers.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
