Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Assist the surgeon and other medical staff during procedures, handling instruments and supplies as needed.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the surgeon and other medical staff, ensuring that the procedure is conducted under optimal conditions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of sterile technique and patient care during the procedure.
  • Collaborate with other members of the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a surgical technology program accredited by ARC/STSA or a recognized institution.
  • Current and active certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
  • Minimum of one year of surgical tech experience.
