Job Overview

Cook 1 AM ($20-25/HR)

PM ($26-30/HR)

  • Full-time position requiring a minimum of 5 shifts weekly
  • Capable of operating any kitchen station
  • Proficient in understanding and training all preparation tasks for each station
  • Effectively performs opening and closing duties
  • Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills with both front and back of house staff
  • Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards
  • Able to supervise the kitchen line and manage deliveries efficiently
  • Delivers orders promptly with minimal errors
  • Understands quality control and presentation standards for food
  • Takes responsibility for overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Trains staff on proper handling and maintenance of kitchen tools and company assets
  • Consistently reports to work punctually with few absences
  • Willing to cover shifts in case of staff absences
  • Takes ownership and maintains high standards of performance when chefs are unavailable
  • Maintains close communication with Sous Chef(s) and Head Chef to ensure quality and safety compliance
  • Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and executes decisions to meet quality and consistency objectives
