Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at InterSources Inc. As a key member of our Advancement Services team, you will be responsible for receiving and accurately entering contributions to the Geneseo Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily gift processing data entry, including monitoring mail donations and securing donations in the safe.
  • Manage Advancement Services data entry from updated demographics, obituaries, announcements, articles, and data feeds.
  • Support the receipting and acknowledgment process.
  • Work closely with the full College Advancement team to maintain communication and contact with all types of Geneseo constituents.
  • Participate in weekly Advancement Services staff meetings to discuss progress and collaborate on projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need three years of experience with data entry and software management or equivalent. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
