  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Assist clients through the entire sales process, from quoting to binding policies

  • Participate in networking and community events to grow your client base and strengthen relationships
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (insurance industry experience is a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus)
  • Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we will provide guidance and support for this process)
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in both languages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM software to manage client information and follow up on leads
  • Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow both personally and professionally
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
