About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at Goodland Dentistry & Braces - a Benevis company. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Quality Patient Care: Provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
  • Assess Patient Needs: Evaluate the dental condition and needs of patients, review medical history, and provide personalized care.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer Same Day Care, educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Continuing Education: Participate in regular training and certification programs to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current Licensure: Possess a current license as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • Experience and Skills: While experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong passion for patient care and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
