About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington. As a key member of our clinical quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records to identify gaps in documentation and ensure accurate ICD-10 coding
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnosis criteria and improve clinical documentation integrity
  • Assist in creating educational materials for coding changes and updated guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of new data projects and elements for clinical and quality improvement outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or BSN
  • 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or physician practice environment
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
