**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our operations through rigorous inspections, testing, and audits.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Program and operate CMMs for precision inspections and ensure adherence to engineering specifications.
  • Oversee compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and GMPs while managing QMS software (QT9) for CAPAs, NCPs, and inspection plans.
  • Conduct QA audits, inspect assemblies, and document non-conformities with recommendations for corrective action.
  • Assist with ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and become a certified auditor.
  • Train production operators and mentor QA inspectors to uphold our high-quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports for audits and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in quality assurance with a focus on precision parts inspection.
    • Proven CMM programming skills and advanced knowledge of quality inspection tools.
  • Skills:
    • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes like milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Additional technical certifications are a plus.
