Key Responsibilities- Cashier: Accept various forms of payment, provide accurate change, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Server: Deliver outstanding service, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Barista: Prepare hot and cold beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar, and monitor inventory levels.
- Current CSULA student
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a diverse population
