About the Position

A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC is seeking a Executive Support Lead to provide high-level support to our Directorate/Program. This role involves providing authoritative advice and guidance to senior officials on program formulation, budgeting, planning, development, execution, and evaluation.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and update office mission statements, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop and update management processes and controls.
  • Assist in developing formal office-wide and unit-specific operating policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate program roles and responsibilities with partner offices.
  • Coordinate office-wide budget planning processes and prepare budget documents.
  • Identify and resolve complex program management issues.
  • Brief officials on plans, management, operations, budget, and key issues.
  • Monitor and advise on training curricula and equipment needs.
  • Assist with participant nation selection and policy development.
  • Recommend and coordinate contract development and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Ten years' experience as a CA program manager with a $10-million+ annually budgeted program.
  • Five years' experience assigned to US Diplomatic or Consular posts.
  • Technical understanding of strategic, operational, and tactical level events and environments.
  • Previous experience in senior liaison and/or attaché positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within political and operational security organizations.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • An understanding of organizational design, operational planning, budget, and logistical activities.
  • Willingsness to travel domestically and abroad.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
