Maintaining a competitive edge in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and strategic marketing tactics. At Meru Health, we seek an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to spearhead our efforts in driving engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven insights.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in CRM and lifecycle marketing operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that captivate our audience, foster meaningful connections, and drive tangible results. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with our business objectives.

About You:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing operations for direct-to-consumer or B2B2C brands is required.
  • Strong background in email marketing, SMS, and push notification delivery is essential.
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS, telehealth, or subscription-based business models is highly desirable.
  • Candidates should have expertise in ideating and leading growth marketing and/or lifecycle marketing initiatives, personalization, and marketing research.
  • The ability to build repeatable processes that scale and improve operations or drive change management is a significant asset.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute lead nurture/re-engagement email and SMS campaigns, from content creation to analyzing and reporting on opportunities to improve performance and increase lifetime value.
  2. Support A/B tests in subject lines, creative, and copy tests to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  3. Design and optimize member journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and personalization across various channels.
  4. Partner with product and marketing teams to run experiments along the member journey, leveraging multi-channel communications and effective storytelling.

Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 per annum
