- High school diploma or equivalent required; six sigma certification preferred.
- Minimum of six years of experience in a manufacturing facility with a strong background in quality management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency in database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office and statistical software.
- Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize tasks.
- Highly motivated, service-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Supervisory and interpersonal skills required.
