Grant Writing and Philanthropy Associate

As a Foundation Relations Associate at Building Bridges Across the River, you will play a critical role in securing funding for our innovative programs and initiatives. With a focus on grant writing, reporting, and prospect research, this position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position with a starting salary of $62,500-$72,500. Benefits include PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, and the ability to participate in the 401(K) Plan. Building Bridges is an equal-opportunity employer.
Key Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- One to three years of grant writing/reporting experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience with funding databases.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizations and program areas.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and create project budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and work independently.
