**Job Summary**

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the retail team, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

* Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention

* Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement

* Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

**Requirements**

* 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience

**Physical Demands**

* Stand for up to 8 hours per shift

* Carry up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, bend, lift, kneel, and squat as needed

**Work Schedule**

* Work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to increase hours based on business needs
