Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Inficare seeks a highly skilled Regulatory Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regulatory support to our Division of Housing & Community Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under supervision, perform housing-related assistance and act as a liaison between the Division and our Regulatory services.
- Conduct hearings for the Division and render written decisions as required.
- Review and analyze Division program documents, including reasonable accommodation requests.
- Conduct legal research on rules and regulations related to programs and review policies and procedures for compliance.
- Provide technical guidance on Legislative Agenda items and complete special projects as assigned.
- Handle OPRA requests as records custodian.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor Degree.
- Background in conducting legal research, analyzing and evaluating legal documents, rules, regulations, and/or legislation.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
