Job Title: Software Test Automator

Overview:

Astrion, Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Test Automator to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity test team, you will play a critical role in conducting system security analysis on systems and/or software to identify vulnerabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, learning new technology areas and contributing to the development of innovative solutions. Our team provides a range of opportunities for learning, from on-the-job training with experienced team members to formal courses for unique technology areas.

We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in one of the listed areas and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Position responsibilities may include compliance testing, penetration testing, and other tasks depending on your skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing test automation research, development, test, and evaluation support for all phases of test automation.
  • Support Software Engineering, covering entire test automation conception, emerging research, and test to fielding decisions.
  • Research, design, develop, and/or modify test automation using various industry tools for systems and/or applications software.
  • Plan system automation deployment and ensure software compliance standards are met.
  • Evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.
  • Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.
