- Operational Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall dining program.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in culinary management.
- Background in various food service environments, including education, healthcare, or corporate dining.
- Hands-on culinary experience is essential.
- Familiarity with catering operations is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume food preparation and complex service operations is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food trends, quality control, and presentation techniques.
- ServSafe Certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
