We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Railyard Operations Manager at ITS ConGlobal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the railyard terminal staff, with a focus on safety, performance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare railcars for loading and unloading.
  • Verify numbers on all inbound and outbound trains.
  • Manage the movement of ramp crews.
  • Identify and resolve situations that require problem-solving to achieve efficient flow within the terminal.
  • Enforce and uphold all rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide on-the-spot coaching for safety violations.
  • Ensure interactions with terminal staff increase engagement and retention.
  • Perform other duties as assigned (administrative and non-administrative).
