Job Title: Laboratory Operations Manager

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee all facets of laboratory operations and treatment operations at a Part B Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal Facility (TSDF).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all laboratory operations are conducted in accordance with established EPA methods.
  • Supervise and audit all facility permits, regulatory requirements, and safety culture consistent with company values and established laboratory standards.
  • Manage laboratory staff in performing treatability studies, analytical testing, and implementing, monitoring, and managing the company's Waste Acceptance Plan (WAP).
  • Direct treatment operations to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable waste treatment operations.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years lab and treatment experience required.
  • Sound chemistry skills and a working knowledge of waste treatment and handling principles.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance rules and regulations.
