Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Quality Carriers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating freight movements, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate freight movements, including scheduling and dispatching
- Work closely with drivers, terminal personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations
- Monitor and track shipments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with transportation software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
