Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This part-time role requires availability for:
- Part Time (24+ hours per week)
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
For employees working 24+ hours per week, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

The starting wage ranges from $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for raises within the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both residential apartments and common areas. Duties include:
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchenettes
- Managing laundry duties for facility linens and resident items
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in housekeeping (preferred, but on-the-job training is available)
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Effective communication skills with the senior population
- Capability to memorize tasks and procedures
Applicants must be at least 17 years old and proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
