Key Responsibilities- Maintain a book of business that consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing exceptional service and support
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level management and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales leaders and account management staff to retain a minimum of 92% of business year over year
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client objectives, needs, and pain points to provide tailored solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to optimize USI's position in the marketplace
- Represent USI in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and other industry events
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business-to-business sales
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with clients and associates
