ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Total Care ABA in Indiana.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting, communicating effectively with families, and accurately documenting client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting
• Communicate professionally with families
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Manage challenging behaviors that occur
• Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans
• Travel to client's homes/community settings as required
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
