Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Generate insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Stay informed about new products and services in the market.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, along with being resourceful and adaptable.
- Strong self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to establish relationships from scratch.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Base Salary plus Commission.
