Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at 1st State Brokerage. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Life and Health Insurance License required for the state of residence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven and coachable
