About Mary Free Bed at Home

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our extraordinary care team at Mary Free Bed at Home. As a leader in home health, we deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise to patients in Holland, MI and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with our care team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
  • Support patients in their homes, providing high-quality care and services that exceed national benchmarks
  • Participate in our comprehensive onboarding program and receive mentorship from experienced clinical educators and supervisors
  • Enjoy a competitive pay per visit compensation model with a 6-month orientation pay guarantee, as well as opportunities for quarterly clinical outcome bonuses and a $15,000 first year success bonus

Requirements
  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
