As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in our team-based environment, working closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement personalized care plans.

We're seeking compassionate and skilled RNs to join our team, providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in Tawas and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
