At Residential Home Health and Hospice, we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in our team-based environment, working closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement personalized care plans.

We're seeking compassionate and skilled RNs to join our team, providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in Tawas and surrounding areas. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive pay per visit compensation model, up to 23 paid holiday and personal days off, and a $15,000 first year success bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with our care team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in our comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing education and training

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state of employment
  • One year of RN experience and clinical competence
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
