Overview:
Lancaster City Schools is seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work closely with children with autism and related developmental disabilities, providing individualized support and instruction to help them reach their full potential.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct support to students with autism and related developmental disabilities in a school setting. This may include implementing behavior reduction protocols, providing skills instruction, and working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. A valid Ohio driver's license is also required.
