**Job Description:**

Lancaster City Schools is committed to providing high-quality educational services to all students, including those with autism and related developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support and instruction to students with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement behavior reduction protocols to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.

**Education and Experience:**

To be considered for this position, you must hold a high school diploma and have completed a minimum of one year of successful experience in working directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. You must also possess a valid Ohio driver's license and have successfully completed BCI/FBI background checks.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
