Retail Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious Retail Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

- Evaluate customer product needs and make informed recommendations.">
- Provide expert-level support with all customer interactions, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving issues efficiently.">
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing queries and making changes to account data.">
- Promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services through effective communication and demonstration.">
- Maintain comprehensive sales product knowledge, staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings.">
We require:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.">
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics/wireless retail.">
- The ability to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
- Regular attendance and punctuality.">
- Physical fitness to handle lifting/carrying 25-pound boxes and standing/moving around the store frequently.">
