About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architecture Director to join our team at Thegradcafe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
  2. Develop systems technical architecture for implementing company's loyalty solutions and develop systems integration design and implementation plan.
  3. Develop and review system design parameters (performance, security, data) against client's requirements.
  4. Develop API specification documents for internal and client consumption.
  5. Review technical feasibility of RFPs and CRs.
  6. Involved in sizing opportunity with detailed review of resources and technical requirements.
  7. Develop and review detailed technical implementation plan and LOE.
  8. Monitor system performance against committed SLAs for speed, latency, throughput, and responsiveness.
  9. Manage setup of new environments for client implementations and ensuring successful execution.
  10. Monitor, review and mentor individual progress of direct reports and planning career paths.
  11. Involved in providing estimates for project planning based on business requirements and ensuring quality in the actual execution of the implementations and compliance with company guidelines.
  12. Interfacing with client technical and business stakeholders.
  13. Agile Program Management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • Two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
  • One year of experience in each of the following:
    • REST API Development
    • .Net Development
    • RDBMS
    • DevOps Work Management Tools
    • SFTP Services
    • Cloud Technology including AWS or Azure
    • Data analysis and services architecture design
    • Design Systems integrations.
    • Visio: Architecture Diagramming
