Job Summary:

This role involves traveling to clients' homes to perform assessments of clients and supervisory visits of caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home assessments of clients
  • Perform caregiver supervisory visits
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (Can be Bachelors or associates)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Compensation:

Starting salary: $50,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Commission (based on client hours billed per week)
