Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our maintenance operations and oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and resources efficiently to support maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC systems, logic controllers, and other equipment.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong background in HVAC systems, electrical systems (high voltage/low voltage), and facilities management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of logic controllers and other technical systems relevant to maintenance operations.
