We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy, NY.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a RN
  • Assist with treatments and procedures and carry out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care
  • Assist in the leadership of a team of CNAs
Requirements
  • Valid NYS LPN license
  • 1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to engage within a team setting
  • Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
