LPN - Full-Time Weekend Track

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Eddy Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Troy, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered and according to established policies and standards.
- Collect data about residents and determine priorities in resident care based upon identified needs and goals.
- Contribute to the plan of care through collaboration and effective communication with the RN and other members of the healthcare team.
- Under the direction of the RN and within the scope of practice, comply with established nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care to residents.
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.
- 1 year of experience or more as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills.
- 1 year of experience or more working in a skilled nursing facility.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to engage within a team setting.
- A competitive salary range of $23.40 - $33.25 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
