Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Terrace at Eddy Memorial in Troy, NY. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the Nursing Director
  • Oversee a team of resident assistants and delegate responsibilities to ensure the highest level of resident care
  • Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values
Requirements
  • Valid NYS LPN license
  • 1+ year of experience as a LPN, with a willingness to help train the right candidate to further their skills
  • 1+ year working in a skilled nursing facility
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day-to-day duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to engage within a team setting
  • Passion to learn, grow, and develop in the nursing field

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
