The Role

We are in search of a proactive, energetic, and entrepreneurial Senior Immigration Paralegal to become a vital part of our team. This position is essential for overseeing client onboarding, nurturing client relationships, and aiding our attorneys in providing superior immigration services. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct initial consultations to inform clients about the U.S. immigration system and evaluate their eligibility for various visa categories.
  • Foster and sustain client relationships by offering continuous support throughout the immigration journey.

Client Intake and Document Management:

  • Collect and organize client documentation in accordance with company protocols to facilitate a seamless application process.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes and records in the firm's intake system to ensure all client information is current and precise.

Collaboration and Process Enhancement:

  • Work closely with our experienced attorneys to assist in case assessments, drafting correspondence, and client communications.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our client intake and service delivery processes by suggesting innovative ideas and implementing best practices.

Market Awareness and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in immigration law to better assist clients and support the attorneys.
  • Help identify potential opportunities for client growth and service expansion within the firm.

Qualifications

  • Immigration Knowledge: A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law is required. This role is not suitable for candidates without this experience.
  • Client Service Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and comfort with clients.

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach with the ability to gather comprehensive case information.
