Full Time Sales Professional with Compensation Package

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and making recommendations based on product knowledge
  • Generating sales to benefit both the company and personal financial growth
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales and productivity goals
  • Collaborating with store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling, inventory, and maintaining the store appearance
  • Completing omni-channel orders timely and accurately
  • Maintaining awareness of all store communications, including product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives

To be successful, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for healthy living and self-motivation
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Be at least 18 years old
