Job Summary:

The Barback is a key member of our Concessions team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and supporting the bartender in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the bartender and guests throughout the shift.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Report to work on time, prepared to start at the designated hour, and familiarize yourself with your work area.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in the manual.
  • Provide prompt, quality service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant environment.
