Job Summary

The Concessions Barback is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Concessions environment.

Responsibilities

Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Anticipate and meet the needs of the bartenders and guests, ensuring a high level of service quality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Report to work on time, prepared to start, and familiar with the work area and procedures.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.

Provide prompt and quality service to guests, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.

Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

Must have two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
