In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to execute behavior intervention strategies and support students with developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute behavior intervention strategies aimed at mitigating challenging behaviors while fostering skill development.
  • Deliver individualized support to students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral difficulties.
  • Gather and document data regarding student behavior to monitor and assess progress.
  • Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to establish personalized educational and behavioral objectives.
  • Apply evidence-based behavioral techniques to facilitate the acquisition of new skills and enhance behavior management.
  • Engage in effective communication with parents, guardians, and other relevant parties.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Certification as a Behavior Support Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is essential.
  • Experience with children who have ASD or other developmental disabilities is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
