About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills to drive business insights and inform product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key data sources and correlate business metrics to meet internal and seller-facing performance framework needs.
  • Design, develop, automate, and maintain core metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Contribute to team Standard Operating Procedures and best practices to streamline workflow.
  • Update existing and create new metrics and reporting to drive business conclusions and improve processes.
About the Team

The Brand Excellence team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences on Amazon. We manage policies that set high standards for customer experience across pricing, selection, and delivery speed. Our team works closely with counterparts in Retail and 3P businesses to preserve the customer shopping experience on strategic brands.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • 5+ years of Excel and data visualization tool experience (Tableau).
  • 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience defining requirements, using data and metrics to draw business insights, and making business recommendations.

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $66,900 - $143,100 per year, depending on location. Our benefits include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
